Why Coaching?

Coaching is now a key tool for both professional support and personal development. As a coach, I help you clarify your concerns, connect with your resources, and focus on solutions rather than problems. It is fulfilling to see how little it sometimes takes in coaching for individuals, teams, and even entire organizations to experience breakthroughs. When leaders choose to engage in coaching, it has positive effects on the entire system.

Coaching is effective

A meta-study by the University of Amsterdam* shows that coaching has an impact on multiple levels: increased motivation, the development of specific skills, improved well-being, overcoming challenges, a more positive attitude toward work, and the achievement of personal goals. Overall, the study found that coaching strengthens individuals in their professional roles. As a result, coaching is increasingly used as a development tool for leaders. In the Kienbaum HR Study of 2017, most respondents named coaching as the most important measure in leadership development.
